The Carlsbad Flower Fields

What a beautiful view it was! There was so much to do between the sweet pea maze, tractor wagon ride, Santa's playground, the butterfly garden, the gorgeous rows of flowers, etc. We loved being on the tractor wagon - we got to see the multiple rows of beautiful flowers with colors that remind me of a beautiful rainbow. If you are interested in learning about the history of the flower fields you can visit the Paul Ecke Jr. Family barn. At the end of our trip, we enjoyed ice cream at the Strawberry shack. There is definite endless photo opportunities, so have your camera ready!
